More help with your Password….

Some members have experienced difficulty signing in. This is usually the result of incorrectly entering your password. (Not differentiating between Zeros and Ooos is one mistake) When you are first signed up for this site you are given a very secure but also very long and complicated password. It is very easy to mistype this password. The best way to avoid this problem is to copy and paste your password into the password box.

If you have lost your password or can’t make it work, you can go to the sign-in page and select the “lost password” button. The site will send you an email with a link to select a new password.

The site will propose a new secure but long and complicated password. You can type over this proposed password with your own password. Write down or copy this new password and then press the “reset” button. See illustration below. Remember passwords are case sensitive.

Once you press rest you will be taken back a sign-in page. With your new password and your email address (or user name – usually your first initial and last name) you can now successfully sign-in.
